Cancellation Policy for Merchants subscription plans

Cancellation Policy 

AD:VANTAGE (Blu VELA SA) acknowledges that Monthly subscription fees are charged automatically on a recurring basis until the Merchant cancels their Monthly Subscription. Merchant may cancel their subscription, anytime, by logging into their AD:VANTAGE account on this address:

Merchant could also find a link to manage and cancel their Subscription in main menu (footer) on our portal: https://merchants.advn.app

or in e-mail which AD:VANTAGE sends to Merchant 5 days before and 2 days before on the payment due. After Merchant makes their login to Manage subscription page, they need to choose billing page, clicking settings and choosing the “Change” or “Cancel” options under subscription and billing. As soon after Merchant has chosen “CANCEL” option, a confirmation email receipt is sent to the Merchant with the expiration date of the subscription.

Merchant is solely responsible for properly canceling their account.

AD:VANTAGE sends to each Merchant 2 emails: 5 (five) days before and 2 (two) days before and on the payment due date with a link to the Manage Subscription page. However, you can also contact support if you are having difficulty or need help:
